The technologies designed within the FeedNetback project have a lot of potential application areas: factory automation, public infrastructure safety and security, terrestrial exploration, intelligent transport systems and building maintenance, to name but a few.

• Methods for control design that are adaptive or robust to timing uncertainties and can cope with information delays and losses as well as micro-processor scheduling policies.

 

• Methods for energy efficient source-channel coding and transmission; wireless networking and routing; estimation and control.

 

• A software toolbox to facilitate the uptake of the codesign methodology to industrial applications beyond the project.
